This meditation class is helpful for individuals looking to rebalance chakras that may have been off. During this time we will be meditating, absorbing sound healing, and practicing breathing exercises. Please bring a yoga mat/or blanket and pillow, water, and a cleared mind! Relax and enjoy this healing! Alkaline Water will be available for purchase for $1 Masks are required.
