Obi Divination with Cowrie Shells

Service Description

Obi is a form of reading that uses four cowrie shells to receive a message. The questions are formatted as “yes” or “no” questions. Obi is derived from West African Yoruba tradition. It’s associated with Ifa religion and frequently practiced in Santeria which is prominent in many Afro-Caribbean cultures. Occasionally, depending on the messages coming through, I will pair obi with tarot cards to expand on the "yes" or "no" questions. A session with obi is very powerful and awakening to messages that need to be received from Orishas and ancestral messages. I pair obi with tarot cards for a clearer message.
